Friendly, helpful staff. Nice selection of food items at breakfast bar. Great location. The property is an oasis, set within a quiet area with grass, trees and lovely flowers. A nice retreat. The lovely Lana style buildings create a nice ambience.

The hot water unit in my room worked fine, but it didnt work as well in the room occupied by another family member.

We stayed for three nights and we loved it there. We had been in a big american chain hotel down in Phuket, and we were so happy to find this little hidden gem in Chiang Mai. We loved the natural jungle feel, and the simple quaint room.

My wife and I just talked about this, and we have no complaints. Do your research before you book, it's not a 5 star hotel, there's no fitness room. But it has charm and piece and quiet at a good location.

Located in the center of the city but with a beautiful little garden landscape.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was great and the hotel grounds are relaxing. The location is in walking distance to the night bazaar and most Old Town sites.

The bar closes at 4pm. We returned from our daily activities around 4pm and would have enjoyed an opportunity to have a drink.

It is like a oasis in the city. You feel really calm, but still close to the city. Very close to the night market with loads of food optuons.

Pool was a bit cold to use. Beds were oke, but a little hard.

This hotel is a beautiful and calm space in a busy city. Once you walk up the steps to the reception area, you can tell you are somewhere special. The property is beautiful! We stayed in a family room and my husband said it was his favorite room we have ever stayed in and we all voted it our favorite room of our trip (we stayed in 6 other hotels). The Master bedroom had an outdoor sitting area and girls had twin beds in the main living area where we had a comfortable couch and recliner chair, along with another smaller outdoor sitting area. The bathroom was huge! We all enjoyed seeing the resident hotel cat.

My only complaints involve water temperature. The pool was freezing. I would have thought a cold pool would be nice after a day of exploring, but it was too cold to enjoy, which is a shame because it is beautiful. The water in the shower would fluctuated between burning hot and freezing cold, so you would have to time your lathering and rinsing so as not to scald or chill yourself.

Clean and beautiful grounds. Locations was great and close to so many things. Also quiet even being in the middle of the city. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom nice and amenities provided were great. Staff were so kind and helpful. Breakfast each morning was great! Loved it so much!

Very nice hotel, and good value for the money. The rooms are large, comfortable, and clean, the pool area is nice, and the staff is very accommodating. We liked the location, within walking distance of the bustling night market with plenty of shopping and street food, but tucked away so that it was quiet. Highly recommended.

Average hotel food…Mosquitos get in somehow and come to visit you at night while you sleep. All it takes is one to disturb a good night’s sleep.

Unfortunately, our stay in the hotel Vwas disappointing. The rooms were dark and not clean, and both the furniture and the towels clearly need renovation and replacement. Overall, the condition of the rooms did not meet basic comfort expectations.What was especially frustrating is that the rooms we received and paid for had nothing in common with the photos shown on the website. When we raised this issue at the reception and explained that the rooms did not match the pictures at all, we were told that the photos do not reflect reality. We found this response unacceptable, as guests choose accommodation based on the images and descriptions provided.

Beautiful grounds with greenery. Very calm and peaceful nestled inside inside a little forest accessible by a private street. Calm atmosphere even though it’s in the middle of everything.

Hot water is finicky.

Beautiful breakfast buffet, jungle like garden and secluded feeling, welcoming drinks and care, help with booking transport, excellent rooms and bathroom, very beautiful.

Very comfortable lodgings at a decent price right in Chiang Mai town. Walking distance or short tuktuk ride. Hotel is set back from road so it’s quiet. Pool was excellent, restaurant and breakfast very good. Staff friendly and accommodating. Beds and rooms comfortable and well appointed. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, quiet oasis on the outskirts of Chiang Mai. The pool is large and has plenty of lounge chairs. The breakfast was plentiful and vegetarian friendly. The only thing missing was bacon or fish. The room is spacious but doesn't have many places to hang clothes to dry. Plenty of amenities within walking distance.

Shower and shower curtain could use a good bleaching to kill the mildew.

It's close to the airport and on a road that has a lot of taxis, Grab, Bolt etc. Easily accessible to go to the city center or out of town. It had a very nice pool, I loved the room and bathroom and back garden view.. it reminded me of stays I've had in Bali. I really liked the earthy wooden/stucco kind of vibe. The property is really beautiful and the whole place was much more beautiful in person than it looked on the website. The breakfast was really nice. I'd definitely recommend it to friends or stay again myself.

I'd love one flatter pillow for sleeping.

The hotel is a true nature jam inside the city. The staff were extremely kind, and the room was big and satisfying.
